Plain-language terms for using Envisionly.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you create. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country to use Envisionly.
Your content
Everything you create belongs to you. We store and display it only so the service works for you. Only upload photos you have the right to use.
AI-generated images
Images are generated by an AI model from your description. They are original outputs created for your personal use on your boards and for printing. Don't use them to impersonate real people or to mislead others.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans bill monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Eligible new accounts may receive a seven-day Plus trial. Trial eligibility is tracked per account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your boards are never deleted for downgrading.
Fair use
AI credits and board limits exist so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone. Automated abuse, reselling generations, or attempts to bypass limits may result in suspension.
Availability
We work to keep Envisionly available, but no service is perfect. If an AI request fails it doesn't consume a credit and you can retry.
